If you’ve only recorded podcasts in-person before and are looking to transition to remote recording, then we can help guide you through virtual studio sessions on audio or video platforms.  

All sessions include a pre-call tech check with all guests before the recording session. Then, the supervising producer monitors the virtual session as live support on technical questions and to ensure sound quality.

Booking Options

• Please allow at least 5 days before booking virtual recording session date in order to give supervising producer time to schedule technical pre-calls with all new particpants (check wifi, software, headphones).

• Full payment is taken at the time of booking and there are no refunds. Instead, we offer credit toward future bookings.  

• 24-hour notice required for any schedule changes. Late cancellations or no shows are charged for sessions and not eligible for credit toward future bookings. 

• If you’re interested in help to edit your show, transcribe it for SEO, create marketing assets, then feel free to reach out to get a custom quote. We can support most technical production requests in-house, or tap into our network of independent editorial producers as needed.
